A Player Consent/Waiver Form will be provided to parents upon clinic Sign Up Request submission confirmed by CYCC staff.
Note: All clinics are scheduled for 60-90 minutes at earliest 530pm and ending no later than 830pm.
Locations will be designated at local field parks in and around Chantilly, VA.
Weather may impact sessions, and CYCC will monitor local park authority for field status use.
